Native to the Corellian sector of Nar Shaddaa, the ungoverned "smugglers' moon" orbiting Nal Hutta, Angus grew up in an atmosphere of pollution, decay and lawlessness. Whereas lawlessness was not exactly the right term.. of course there were laws - the most basic of them being the survival of the fittest.

Early enough he learned his lessons and developped the traits that were crucial to get along on this moon.. distrust, preventive agression and ruthlessness. Yet still, although he had made it.. from victim to predator.. he was still waiting for his chance to get out of there.

As pretty much two third of the population for Nar Shaddaa was a lot - a place to hide, to trade and to profit, yet no place to stay at. Angus was ready. During the past years he had fought up his place among the shadows and eventually cought the gorge - a position amongst a crimelords security staff. Yet in spite of this comparatively rewarding position he was still sick with the moon..

So many times had he heard smugglers talk of their experiences on their adventurous journeys, of wondrous foreign worlds, battles amongst the stars and finally he was one more of those that were bold, dumb or desperate enough to hang around one of the famous bars as often as possible - the Burning Deck, the Slag Pit or the Meltdown Cafe - to hopefully find what they were dreaming of.. their personal ticket to leave. No matter whether they were hired to kill, steal or get killed.
